Default Car door swung and hit upper shoulder/neck

Was getting some stuff out of the car on a really windy day and the door whacked around my upper shoulder/neck. I'm pretty short already (5'6) and was crouching over so the door was very close to my head. Didn't appear to hit my head directly though.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? Would the shoulder and/or neck absorb all the damage, or could it cause a mTBI?

Can you explain how that door might have hit you with the force of a 16 pound bowling ball dropped from a foot above your head?

That is the force required to cause an mTBI.
