Default Does anyone know much about vestibular exercise

Does anyone know much about vestibular exercise?

I've been given some to do where you turn your head left to right.

Tried it last night, became so dizzy I felt drunk. To make matters worse, while trying to do my chin tuck hold exercises on the carpeted floor I gave myself a new relapse of symptoms just by lowering my head to the floor and bumping it after finishing. 2-4cm to the floor.
