Default Dreamed of Getting Concussion

Has anyone dreamed of getting a concussion and felt the symptoms of the head hit within the dream thereafter? I've never experienced this before and I'm two years removed from my concussion. It was odd because the strike to the head seemed minor in the dream (just bumped my head on a car door), but the wave of symptoms from the hit was intense within the dream itself. When I woke up I didn't feel anything of course except some anxiety trying to fool me, but I'm curious why this happened and if anyone has experienced this.

Yeah, I've definitely dreamed of getting a concussion. I wake up during REM sleep almost every night (not sure whether it's psychological or physiological). Last night I dreamt that I was playing basketball –something I have never done seriously, and haven't done recreationally since grade school– when the person guarding me somehow tackled me. I told him to watch out for my head! Definitely an anxiety dream in this case. But I also wake up from dreams without such manifestly anxious content.
