DavOD. Sounds like you've walked the hard road and are on the path of least Resistance your your health and well being. Sad about your family but I Hope you have some joy with some of them.

I think fatigue is my kryptonite and knowing what casues that and showing it respect is something I need to observe. Hard sometimes because I always want to " get things done" and have pushed thru so much in the past.

Today I Walked away from a job that I foolishly volunteered for and then hired someone else to do it! Felt good walking away and delegating. A victory! Feel much better tonight

Acceptance....thats something thst sounds so easy but it's more than a word. I can do this too...
