Default Post Concussive Symptoms

Hi Ben,

You seem to have a very similar situation as myself, as I have had a lot of concussions and currently still battling post concussive symptoms. I am constantly reinjuring myself. As soon as I think I am improving, I have another setback.
Today, I hit my head on the ceiling of the car (medium hard) when I was getting in the car. Based on your experiences, is this enough to sustain another concussion? I have some pressure in my head, but nervous it will get worse. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference in a new concussion or exacerbation of post concussive symptoms. Setbacks are often traumatic for me as I am terrified of the consequences. Anyway, I wanted to check to see how you are doing and if you have any feedback/guidance/advice that you would like to share based on your experience with this?
Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you.
