Default Natural Sugar: Limits?

Hello,

I did post a thread regarding how natural sugar from fruit triggers my symptoms last time. I switched to sweet potatoes and that seem to have made me feel quite a bit better symptom-wise.

What I am wondering now is how much natural sugar intake you generally should have on a daily basis as a maximum with a concussed brain?

Thanks in advance

You have to consider how your brain tolerates it.

Every brain injury is different. Everybody's brains and bodies respond differently.

There are no "one size fits all" remedies or standards.

We know what different concepts to consider and beneficial and problematic.

The concept of Tryagnostics holds true for many. You try something different to see how you respond.

My intense sugar 'soft limit' is about 200 calories. For me, sugar causes cycling blood sugar levels. 170-200 calories tend to not cause a problem.

Sounds logical, thank you for the answer. I did ask my question just to get second opinions.
