Default awful..

Hello Everybody. Hope everybody is having a great day.

I have been having a rough week dealing with my symptoms. My girlfriend and I were just playing around and she punched the beak or bill of the ball hat I was wearing. She didn't make contact with my head. I could feel the force of her punch thou.

However, i was concerned and anxious after the fact it happened. Everything went down hill from there.

For the past 7 days, I feel I have a concussion (heache, faitgue, brain fog). its awful. I go to school fulltime and I work 2 days a week to support myself.

I am getting better slowly but I can't believe it. I think this is anxiety but I thought I would be over this in a few days but this is not the case..

So fustrating. Right now, I am takig more breaks during school and trying to slow down. I will get better. However, going to take time thou.

Thank you for reading..
