Help We Should give Inflammation more attention + Book recommendations

We should be talking more about inflammation when discussing treatment of brain injuries, concussions, and related symptoms. But don't take my word for it. Check out these 4 books that I have read over the past couple years. One thing that they all have in common - INFLAMMATION.

* They all say Inflammation contributes to brain disorders, injury, neuro-degeneration and related symptoms
* They all say Inflammation hinders the healing process
* They all say Diet should be used to reduce and control inflammation and to promote healing, neurogenesis, and neuroplasticity

There is way more information than can be listed in this forum so I suggest reading at least one of them.
