Default Could this cause a concussion or am I just overreacting from Anxiety?

Hey guys.

I was just wondering if the following could cause a concussion or not?

Last night, I was stretching/foam rolling and I lay down on my back on the floor but somehow I hit the back of my head too hard on the ground.

It would kinda feel like if you lay on your back and then lifted you head up and let it drop down. That was probably the level of force or similar.

I did it as I was sitting on my butt and fell backwards to stretch my hip but I didn't slow my head down enough and it the back of my head hit the ground.

I instantly had a headache and went to bed and felt very nauseous and sick.

I feel better this morning but I still feel a little nauseous/sick with a slight headache.

Am I just suffering from anxiety? Or could that really cause a concussion?

it wasn't like I fell over backwards and hit my head. It was more I lay backwards but didn't slow my head down enough and it hit the floor (carpet) a little harder than I would have liked.
