Hello,
There is one thing I am partly confused about because I've heard that late night sleeping is bad for a concussed brain and can cause symptoms and I've experienced this first hand actually. Hearing about it just confirmed my already existing suspicions. My question is, what time should a concussed person sleep at as the latest time? Thanks in advance! |
