Default PCS and exercise experts

Hello,

I created a thread a few days ago but I will create a new one here with a different question.

I've gone from working out at home to working out at a gym and while I was feeling fine working out from home, I was hit pretty hard with symptoms after working out at the gym and it's been like that for a few days now.

Now, I wonder what all the PCS exercise experts think about working out from home or working out at the gym? Should you expose yourself to stimuli at the gym while working out or is it better to do it from home (home is not an option anyway due to no space and much less equipment)?

Thanks
