Hey,
A few weeks ago I posted a thread where I had moved from working out at home to working out at the gym to use their stationary bike and treadmill. The overstimulationa the gym appears to be way too much for my brain and I will stop going to the gym. What I need help with, is, which cardio/aerobic exercises are there at home that you can do as an alternative to stationary bikes and treadmills? It should be low impact since I cannot jump and make the brain bounce around, it doesn't tolerate that. Thanks |

I pedal an exercise peddler that sits on the floor. It's like a stationary bike without wheels. You can do it while sitting in a chair or sofa.
Here's a video. Although blasting a loud stereo isn't exactly a quiet environment. But it is good exposure. Instagram: "This is how I exercise. I pedal an exercise bike while listening to music. Since the stereo is inside, I have to crank it way up to hear it on the patio!"
