Hey guys
I've posted quite a few times but just wondering if anyone else who has had some concussions and dealt with PCS or WAD has had issues if you run up or down stairs. I have to walk quite slowly up or down them as if I don't, I feel like my head gets bounced around and I feel all pressured in head. Usually it isn't too bad but today, I had thick socks on with jandals (stupid I know), and because of the socks the jandals were really loose and slipping. I was nearly at the bottom of the stairs when the jandal slipped off and I tripped and basically planted my foot really heavily on the ground. I instantly felt it up my neck and into the front of my head. I know these are most likely just flare ups but has anyone else had issues with jolting from running/walking to fast etc? I hate it because I feel like I can't even run without getting symptoms etc. Can heavy jolts especially when going downstairs cause any extra damage or even a concussion? Or is it all just flare up from neck etc? |
