Default Concussion from hitting headrest?

Hi all,

Yesterday I was a passenger in a car and was accidentally drifitng to sleep. In doing so my head fell backwards and hit the headrest quite hard. I was sitting upright and as I fell asleep my head went into it.

I have only a light ache at the back of my head, otherwise no symptoms.

This is my first time posting here so any responses, especially from any medical professionals, would be very helpful.
