Default Can hard bodyshots cause concussions?

I was just wondering as I was lying down in bed and my partner accidently slipped and fell backwards. Luckily she landed on the bed but sadly for me, she basically fell straight into me pretty hard.

I had the wind knocked out of me from the impact and was just thankful she landed on the bed/me rather than falling onto the floor or a piece of furniture.

I also heard some cracks/pops (like chiropractor sounds), when it happened so the impact definitely had some weight to it.

However, I have been feeling a bit off since then. I'm trying not to worry and telling myself I'm fine but I've had trouble focussing a bit tonight, some pressure in the head and a bit tired.

I'm trying really hard to convince myself it isn't a concussion as I didn't hit my head but I have heard of bodyshots causing concussions.

This knocked the wind out of me and made a few popping noises so I'm worried that the force has been transmitted to my head.
