zizar,

The research shows that 80% of people who struggle with long term concussion symptoms have a prior history of and tendency to have struggles with depression and anxiety.

You sound like you may be part of that group.

Have you ever heard of the Fisher Wallace device. I get emails about it from FisherWallace.com

Have you tried anything like 5-HTP or L-Theanine to help your mind settle down?

I have been using 5-HTP and L-Theanine for 10 years with outstanding results. I replaced an strong SSRI drug with these supplements and am greatly improved. My mind used to get stuck on all kinds of repetitive thoughts.

I get mine on Amazon in a combine capsule by . 200 mgs a day..

Amazon.com

100 and even 200 mgs is a small dose. Many take 500 mgs of 5-HTP

I had gotten beaten really bad and put in a coma. I was put on antipsychotics and anti depressants for 15 years. I am know getting injections of haloperidol once a month and I got Botox from my neurologist every 3 months to get rid of head pain. The haloperidol gets rid of the psychosis and mania and numbs the pain. I got an injection once by my doctor that cured me but it wore off a few months later. I’m not my self I feel slow and lazy and stiff and I have a bad memory. Do you know what I should do?
