You missed B-12, niacin, B-6, Most B Complex have very low amounts, especially of these three and they add in all sort of other vitamins. B-50 Complex is a better complex. 50 mgs of most. 50 mcgs of some.

Turmeric is worthless unless you take a concentrated version of Curcumin with black pepper extract.

The anti-oxidants C and E are important.

Most functional neurologists are far greedier than they are skilled. You can spend $5000 to $10,000 before finding out if they have helped you. When functional neurologists have commissioned sales agents, you have to stop to think.
