There is no value to differentiating between a new concussion and exacerbating a prior concussion. You treat the symptoms, not the diagnosis. You likely are highly susceptible to inflammation plus dealing with some anxiety. That is a tough combination. You also have some misunderstandings about impacts and such. I seriously doubt you have had 5 concussions. Maybe 1 or 2 concussions plus some events that triggered a return of symptoms. Look into following an anti-inflammatory diet and eliminate inflammatory foods for a month or two. The vitamin regimen in the stickies at the top will help. Omega 3 oil and B vitamins....
