Nobody can project your brain's reaction to this event.
I seriously doubt an elbow to the nose would cause a concussion. The energy absorbed as your nose deformed and broke reduces the impact to your brain. A bit of whiplash that requires 1/20th of the impact force of a concussion would be expected. The startle trauma can also cause many of your symptoms. Treat your symptoms and try to not look for more symptoms.
