Hi. I am new here. I need some feedback please.
-.So , I have been under lots of stress ( getting married soon, baby on the way, my brother and grandfather died (recently). Dealing with the grief and new job as well. - had a major concussion 9 years ago. Took a long time to recover - Now, I feel like my head is made of glass. I was adjusting my curtains and the curtain rod hit my forehead (unexpectedly) and now I have headache. I am upset This is a flare up. Has anybody here experienced flare ups? Feels like an intense headache. Thank you for reading. |

Stress is toxic and the way your body responds to it can cause inflammation and flare ups. Try to control your stress and learn to react to stressful events in a calm manner.
With your new job responsibilities, go easy on intense cognition like computer work, because that can contribute to flare ups.
