Default New here...

Hi. I am new here. I need some feedback please.

-.So , I have been under lots of stress ( getting married soon, baby on the way, my brother and grandfather died (recently). Dealing with the grief and new job as well.

- had a major concussion 9 years ago. Took a long time to recover

- Now, I feel like my head is made of glass. I was adjusting my curtains and the curtain rod hit my forehead (unexpectedly) and now I have headache. I am upset

This is a flare up. Has anybody here experienced flare ups? Feels like an intense headache.

Thank you for reading.

Stress is toxic and the way your body responds to it can cause inflammation and flare ups. Try to control your stress and learn to react to stressful events in a calm manner.

With your new job responsibilities, go easy on intense cognition like computer work, because that can contribute to flare ups.
