Default New symptoms after bumpy train ride

I took a 4h Amtrak train ride 6 days ago and was not worried at all going in because I had been on similar journeys before and it was always pretty smooth.

I think this train was really old or something, I was also sitting in the 2nd to last car so that probably did not help, but the train was so bumpy and jerky with many jolts. I tried my best to hold my neck steady but a few times the jerks were unexpected so my head moved quite a bit or was pushed down by the jolt. Also at one point we drove past another train in the opposite direction and it caused quite a loud bang when they whooshed passed each other due to the pressure. I have been in many trains so I know how this usually feels and am never normally alarmed but this was much more loud and forceful than I have ever experienced.

Since the train journey I have had a constant headache in my forehead which feels almost like a burning sensation and also occasionally a dull headache at the back and top of my head. Also having nausea + dizziness and generally feeling crappy.

Feels like I am back to square one with symptoms. I find it hard to believe that a bumpy train ride could cause all of this. It probably caused some whiplash right?

I need to take the same train back in a few days so am also worried that that could do even more damage given how badly off this train ride has left me.

I get some of those symptoms riding the bus. And its very bad if I am not facing the direction we are traveling.
