Default Alternative Treatments

Just wanted to start a thread to list possible treatments for PCS aside from rest and anti-depressants.

Here are a few I am interested in:
  • Neurofeedback
  • Herbs/Supplements - Vinpocetine (increases cerebral blood flow), fish Oil/Omega-3, Huperzine-A, Cocoa Flavinols
  • Regulated Exercise - University of Buffalo study

Something that has helped me a lot is physical therapy too.

So far, I'm having some success with a herbal supplement called Neurozyme (www.newchapter.com), in addition to vitamin supplements. There was a thread earlier in here that had like a 20+ entry long list of supplements and vitamins that were recommended to them.
