Default Some thoughts, interesting things about my headaches

Okay I need to post this, I've been in physical therapy since June this time.
For vestibular things. I've started physical therapy for my feet in September
I think, and it helped immensely. And then I had bursitis of the shoulder and
still do to a degree. But the interesting thing is that the bursitis wasn't going
away. And my therapist for this and my feet is the same.

She noticed that my neck was very tight again and that I just about can't move it. And so had my physical therapist for vestibular things. And they were concerned so she started using the tools on my neck that were used before again. And deep pressure therapy. And then when my neck all the sudden has started to pop and after a week of this, didn't stop and I was
back in. My fault it was a week, didn't have time in between. Called in the guy that is good at a specific part of the neck, to look at things. Turns out there is one specific movement in the neck that controls some of my headaches.

He got rid of some of the worse headaches I've had in a long time. Some I didn't even think were possible to lose again. They are also connected to my sinus, allergies, and my asthma. WHich is out of control really bad. So it wasn't surprising when I went back on Tuesday I was in lots of pain, I was headed to my asthma doctor right after both my physical therapist. But the thing was, My therapist had learned through him, how to do the moves so she could relieve the pains I have. And even the headaches I didn't feel, that came in one movement, relieved something that has been in my head for about 3 months, that I haven't been able to feel relief from. I was so amazed.

It seems it may be connected also to my blood pressure problems, because miracuously that was in a amazing area, never in the last almost 6 months has it been so good.

But then to the asthma doctor. and more relief.

Yippee, finally I am in a chance to feel better. Tomorrow back to physical therapy. And I'm seeing so much more help.

Hoping to keep it up.

Donna
