Default 9 Days in...should I be worried?

Hey all,

I'm new here. I just graduated college and am 22 years old. I had a bit of a blow to the face from my own knee while skiing 9 days ago and am left cloudy/dizzy/fatigued feeling. No loss of conciousness or memory loss from the hit but these symptoms have come on and not subsiding.

I still have fine motor function but do not feel anywhere close to myself. Anything I should do to encourage a full recovery? I am having very high level of anxiety due to what I've read here...

My heart and prayers go out to those who have dealt with this for days on in.
