http://www.round-earth.com/HeadPainIntro.html Hi Pono, I found this link in the Headache forum and found it very interesting. I hope you get better soon. I had Myofascial Release therapy back in Nov - Dec., but it only helped a little bit in the beginning. Now I am trying swimming in a warm water pool as my headaches are coming through more often and I believe they are caused by tight muscles that irritate the nerves (occipital headaches).

I am keeping you in my prayers.
