That's a great tip...leaving a wake-up call for yourself with all the things you have to do that day...i'll have to try that one!
and thanx for the tips on vitamins...i'm bad for not eating a balanced diet so i need to start thinking about that. and sorry to hear you feel down sometimes...you sound like a great person |

Wow there are some great ideas here.
I have seizures due to a TBI and I use notes alot but there are notes scattered all over the place and I end up losing half the reminders I wrote down. One of the things that used to really bug me was the TV remote, it is one that controls the cable, dvd, tv etc and I could never figure out how to just turn on the TV without screwing everything else up. I finally had my son buy me my own remote, a cheap one with TV only on it and i'm a happy camper. Love the wake up call idea too ! |
