Default Post concussion syndrome or not?

Hi,

I am new here and just wanted to find out what happened to others and if I need to be concered about something other than post concussion syndrome.

About 4 weeks ago I fell and took a hard blow to the left side of my head. The hit included the entire side of my head, face and jaw. I did not lose conscienous and remember everything. After the fall I remained in the floor for about 10 minutes before getting up. I had a really severe headache for the remainder of the day but the next day I was fine.

About 2 weeks ago I started having severe headaches on a daily basis and lasting most of the day.

Is it possible that I could have post concussion syndrome without symptoms for the two weeks after the fall?
