I just started a new thread regarding my 7 year old son's recent head injury in the Children's health forum and was informed that member's in this forum would be able to help. Does anyone have anything to offer? I know it's only been a little over a week since the incident but my mother's intuition is telling me something is not right. Thanks!

hi sorry your boy has had this rest hydration omega 3 and vitamin supplements all help, the chances are that your son will make a full recovery, go back to the docs if you have concerns but rest both mental and physical is so important in early stage concussion

Funny you should mention those things that may help him. It's almost as if he insinctively knows what his body needs. He's been going to bed a little earlier, drinking more water and eating more variety of food. Unfortunately, that stops at his activity level. When his head is feeling good, he still wants to do what little boys do!
Thanks for your advice! |
