I was involved in motor cross since I was 11yrs old if I had 1% of the guts and skill Eddie has I would be proud of that. I know people that were there, the day he got his injury's when his bike failed him,

Eddie has recently appeared on UK tv to help raise the profile of people with ABI/TBI/ SI/ as to there treatment after the initial treatments/ assessments/ and care plans , have ended or been put in place , he has highlighted the lack of ongoing therapy,s for sufferers and the plateau, in any further recovery that may be possible for them, it is often left to family,s and the good people of charity,s (PLUG FOR HEADWAY UK) to offer any long term hope and they are sadly under funded , and set to have a harder time raising funds , in this god awful bank crash, some may think, well these people know the risks , but if we are honest we all get a buzz from watching these performers / sports men and woman , who push themselves and there machines to the limits

he also said that this effects the ordinary folks like us

so I thought I would share , he has shown his characteristic courage in going on tv he was very badly hurt
so good on ya Eddie
