Default ear pain and dizzyness..

I train in mma and three weeks ago I took a hit into the jaw while boxing, I didnt lose conciousness but I got wrobbly....Later that night I started getting a little dizzy like a wavy feeling....a week later I went to the dr and he did a catscan on me, it came out negative...two days later my nose has been terrible stuffed up, he then put my on antibiotic for sinus infection...it helped....a few days later I started getting some ear pain and clogged feeling while still being dizzy.....So yesterday I went to ent..he told me I have a ear concussion and it will go away on its own...I didnt lose any hearing though even though my ears feel stuffed.....I m kinda mad he seemed rushed and didnt explain enough....im still having bad stuffed up ear pain and a slight headache today.....has anyone had this happen to them or something similar....starting to get depressed I got out of the military recently and paid thousands of dollars in med bills... thanks
