Default Nortryptaline for ATFP

Has anyone taken Nortryptaline(Pamelor) for Atypical Facial Pain? I am at 50MG for the last 5 weeks and I have not experienced any relief. When should the pain relief effect take place? Specifically, I have dental pain in the upper molar areas that has been a chronic "undiagnosed issue".

Thanks,
Alex
