It doesn"t stop.

How about a Great dane, ice pack and Johnny Depp (he is single now ya know)
Seriously, ten years ago in the beginning, I was using a heat pack. This is when my T.N.was at it's peak. At Mayo clinic, the trigimenal nerve had to be severed. After that my T.N. turned into A.D. Now to date I use an ice pak,
drugs and meditation tapes made in Kansas City from a chronic pain
psychologist, Dr. Lemons. No narcotics, but I do have plenty of pain meds. I take 1200mgs. of Neurontin three times a day. I have pain from Anesthesia
Delorosa 24/7. This condition can only be managed but there is no cure.
Bless, Doodlebug7

My attacks are triggered by wind, and certains types of noises, like vacuums.

Was diagnosed in Sept of 2012. Neuro doc has me on a cocktail of gabapentin and oxcarbazepin which is Trileptal. At bedtime I take 1 mg of clonazepam and things are getting better. I will have bloodwork again next week and if it comes back ok he will up the dose.

Thinking of you doodle Bug...I'm so sorry. Prayers and hugs.
I use a heat pack many hours daily, sometimes the entire day and night. I'll check out Dr. Lemons. Blessings.
