Default 13 Months Post Op

Greetings all.

My name is Todd, and I have posted several times on this site last year both leading up to my operations and a few times afterwards. I am still pain free after 13 months. I had the MVD surgery performed on 4/6/09 which was a complete success. I had previous had a cyberknife treatment which only gave me about 60 days of no pain. I hope and pray for all who are afflicted with TN (and all painful conditions). I will gladly answer any emails sent to me personally at thedspeth@gmail.com as I'm proud to say I am a success story.

God bless you all. Keep fighting for a pain free life.

Todd

Default Thanks for the encouragement

Hi Todd, Just a note to say thanks for your encouraging post. It is so nice to hear a success story for a change. I know it will be a mood lifter for others here. I for one have the Atypical TN and thankfully do not suffer on a daily basis, so am nowhere near the stage of contemplating surgery, but I know there are so many others here that suffer so badly every day.

I too pray for the others to somehow find relief for their pain and for the medical community to find new ways to treat the pain.

Take care Todd, and congratulations on your successful procedure.

Thanks for sharing,
Rhonda
