Default What meds do you take for TN?

As I said in another post, I take Carbamazepine 200mg, 3 times a day and it usually works. But the last three days I have taken 4 of those and 600mg of Neurontin and the pain is "breaking through".

What do you use? Dosage, etc. I was told opiates won't help with TN. Any suggestions.
