Confused TN and MS

I was wondering if anyone else here has dealt with the possibilities of MS when they were diagnosed with TN. and/or if anyone else has felt the possible symptoms MS...
I have a neuro-consult this week and I'm getting kind of nervous about it.
any advice?

thanks again...
sarah

I have kept LONG company with that wonder myself of m.s. only because I have the shakey jaw thing and no one else dose ,that I know of.. and too also because I suffered a sever head injury with my accident.
For now dont even want to go there and wonder or probe around... I just want to live as much normal as I can cus when you been way down even an inch up is hard to give away or let go of . If my signs grow worse then I will go from there.

usually when you have symptoms of TN they do an MRI to amke sure there are no leisions or tumors. Wait until your doc visit and try not to worry, easier said than done. The chances are very low, but they do exist. I went through the same worry and it came out negative. Be good to yourself and try not to worry. Jen

cant have mri now with neuro stim. but had one before .
awesomeskier why do you think of m.s. ? do you have tremors/shakes in places other then your face(tics) ? Did a doc mention m.s. I had Partial seizures before have you had anything like that? I cant take anti seizure meds. are you having possible symptoms ?
when you go to your apt. next week ask them everyhting .. bring a note book of things ha you can have 2 hrs of questions and it only takes one second to hand a copy to the doc.

It is nice to meet you ,I usualy post but havin "getting hub to doc trobs." and other stuff. but hope to be back here soon.
Peace
Burntmarshmallow.. Tina

yeah my original 'diagnoser' orag-maxillo-facial w/e dr. nixdorf said to get all checked out for ms.
even after two brain mri's and knowing that there are blood vessels touching my nerve...
