Default TN & now neuralgia in the extremities..can anyone help??

I was diagnosed with TN in March of this year, then in the last 2 months have developed nerve pain in my arms, hands, legs & feet. My B12 levels are good. The pain specialist wants me to start Baclofen & have an MRI. I don't know how I'm gonna handle the Baclofen & Gabapentin,as I can't handle the low dose of Gabapentin the Dr. has me taking. (100mg 4 x day).
Has anyone else had this experiance with extremity nerve pains & taking a cocktail of Gabapentin & Baclofen??

Dear Jiggered,
You may want to look up RSD. I am not implying that this is what you have, it could be MS or or Fibro or any number of less affective problems. It's just that I know people with RSD, and MS, and this may be a place to start. Only a doctor can tell you what it is that you have, so the first stop that you should make is to contact a neurologist as soon as possible and make an appointment.
Nice to meet you
Lily

Jiggered, What happens when you take Baclofin and Gabapentin?
I have been on Baclofin and I am currently taking 3600mg. of Gabapentin every day. Be wary of pain management Doctors, as thats where I got addicted to Oxycontin and Methodone. Finally got off narcotics and now I don't have all the side effects these drugs can bring. Take care, Doodle bug7
