Default Anyone had dentures after TN...

I'm terrified. I need all my teeth out -- ws getting the back ones out when this TN started. I need the rest out - and I can get anyone in the Kansas City area to call me about a consulation of who would be the best person to have knowledge of Tn and be able to give me quick and affordable dentures. Should I not get the ones with implants? I'm afraid if I do upper and lower on different days that I'll chicken out on the rest -- I have terrible teeth and just want to wake up with pretty teeth - I'm 47. What are your experiences? I've been emailing periodontists, Facial Pain specialists etc. Not just any old oral surg. Want to get a recommendation from somebody knowledgeable in the field. Right now on Trileptal in remission - only had this 3 months.

Thanks!
