Default Am I going crazy

About three years ago I started having a tingling and moderate pressure sensation that radiated from my ear to above my eye and above my forehead. I have had sinus issues in the past and thought this might be related. But the sinus issues do not seem to be related. Over time, this sensation has gotten worse,, now it does not go away at all,,, it is there all the time. Now I am also at the point where I get shooting pains all over my scalp, and into my forehead. Another feeling is like if you were wearing a ball cap that was too tight. This has increasingly become worse in the last several months.. Indigestion, pains and dull headaches,, I cant seem to find relief. Countless visits to the ER,, dizziness, tired, heart palpitations,, you name it,, I've had it. All my blood tests have come back clean,,, urinalysis clean,,, CTs of head, chest, abdomen and pelvis,,, MRI of the head,, all normal. Now I have twitching in my eye,,, numbness in my forehead,, pain down my neck. Any ideas to what this is??? I have a neuro consult Friday,,, but this is slowly driving me insane.
