Smirk trig nueralgia

i am new to this sight! but i have had trigeminal nueralgia since 2000 and it is very painful! it scared me when i got it it hit ful force! i have tried different meds which one of them caused me to have a stroke! wondering if there is any new meds out there! i also have rsp cprs 2 not fun and hate my life!!
