Default What kind of pillow?

Lately my pillow seems to be too hard. I've always liked flat pillows but now it seems too flat and without enough cushion when I'm lying on my side.

Anyone else? What do others use for pillows?

I usually sleep with a lot of pillows now to prop myself up. I never used to sleep on my back with my head up but the zaps seem to lessen if I do.

This is the best I have found pricey but so worth it. After my MVD I could not lay reclined at all. Had stacked several pillows for back support, with this one at the top. It cradles my head without any touching to the side of my face. So I am in a sitting face forward position even though they call this a side pillow. You can side lie with it but I can't side sleep any more than flat sleep. The memory foam from Tempur-pedic is the original. It is the best on the market and the copycats on the market don't come close. AND the 30.00 cheap versions are useless.

The link won't post but it is the Tempur-Pedic Contour Collection
TEMPUR-SIDE PiILLOW
