Default PN leading to TN

I have suffered from peripheral neuropathy for two years. It is in many areas of my body. They don't all hurt at once but rotate a little. I am currently on gapapentin and Tramadol plus Lidoderm patch. Now I am starting to get some of strange feelings in my face. I was washing my face and noticed left cheek felt bruised or like chapped skin. Now I noticed my eye feels like sand in it. Also, cheeks feels like bees lighting on it. Anyone else had this sort of thing where lower body pain started first?
