Does anyone know of any gd Drs in midwest who give botox for TN?

How far do you consider the Mid West???

I'm in the St.Louis area and there are none here,,,have you considered checking out the Cleveland Clinic???

Don't know that they do it there,,but that's where I'd start.
I go there for my Stim and hands down best place to go.

I can't say enough good about these folks,,,amazing Doc's and staff...it's worth the phone call. Beth
