I haven't had much luck with natural treatments. I was on Amitriptyline and am now on Nortriptyline. I am not pain free but the medication helps a lot. I have bilateral ATN. in all three branches. My flair ups seems to be related to weather, my cycle, stress and lack of sleep...or sometimes nothing at all

I also take vitamin B12 and vitamin D

Applying hot compresses (or cold---depending on my area of pain) can help

Capsaicin cream does help a bit with my jaw and cheek pain. I use Voltaren Emugel or Tiger Balm sometimes

Lots of rest and sleep when I am in a lot of pain

Sorry that you are dealing with this pain. It is like nothing else.

I’m at my wits end. Please please help!
