Default Sinus dilation and TN

I have severe chronic sinusitis that has caused eustachian tube dysfunction, which is affecting my hearing. Non-invasive measures have not worked. I need sinus dilation. My ENT doesn't think there will be a problem with the TN, but could not guarentee that.

I have atypical bilateral TN that is well controlled on gabapentin. I've been stable for years, but skip a dose and the pain is there.

I can't ask my neuro because he's only good for keeping me in gabapentin. He doesn't seem to know much about anything really. Anyone have this procedure? I need advice before I move forward.

Thank you.
