Default Please help . is is TN?

I have 2 molar extraction 4 weeks back. I am having eareche and my tongue feels scalded . in the morning I am good but as is start talking during the day my tongue starts hurting and i have pain in the gum area.
dr is thinking Nerve injury ? can these be symptoms of TN injury?
I sleep at night almost ok. I have anxiety and depression. I am 42 year old female.

No One has any advice? I am feeling desperate . should i post this in dental forum?

Keep a calendar and a diary of your symptoms; onset triggers, frequency, duration, pain scale, any meds or treatments that help.
Give it a month to create a pain curve on the calendar. Take this to your doc and demand an MRI or CT.
