Default pain in my face

My A.D pain has escalated these last months. It is so hard to tolerate. my face is numb on the left side but always has some pain with the dreaded white noise. I know that there is no surgery or pain meds that can make this go
away. I have been dealing with it for about 18 yrs. It is breaking me down
and if anyone looks at me they could never imagine what is going on inside my head.

I have the same thing.
It was sporadic the first couple years and always went away.
I’m 3yrs post aneurysm clipping surgery.
In the past few months it’s become permanent.
I don’t believe it’s a trigem diagnosis. I don’t really meet any of the symptoms.
My neurologist doesn’t know what it is.
My brain surgeon either.
Finally he ordered a CT....
They found another aneurysm pain in my face
But they still don’t even know if it’s connected.
If it’s still a mystery for you, yoga and acupuncture can do wonders!
I def understand your pain and frustration.
Sending good wishes.
