I had to move plus my Breathing part of my Myasthenia Gravis has had me doing a lot more survival mode. There is a short version of an Acupuncture Routine he taught me. Thatís the Daily routine.I can return and note the points that involves as it is too late now. Another thing I would see if your doctor will check you for Vitamin D deficiency as that makes any existing pain worse and causes pain. I would be in a lot more pain if my Rheumatologist hadnít found this many years ago. She wants my vitamin D levels above 42 which I call farmer levels. My Dad a farmer used to be so brown! And make them tell you the number as there still debate about how much is enough. And as long as I get Sun which can include Tanning Bed my Pain does not rule my life as it did once. Sculptor 44
