stress ha ha what is that ?... kidding aside I find stress to be one of the biggest factors that will awake the pain monster. along with temp change weather and oh heck the list is long and diffrent for each of us...but stress has to be in the top 2 or 3. relaxed breathing and meditation has been very useful coping with those issues. I bet plenty of others will agree stress is a factor when it comes to T.N. I wish you many days and nights of no pain and stress free times. take care.

Stress and anxiety both aggravate the condition big time. My new neurologist validated that for me (my other two never did). Its ironic since the condition causes anxiety and anxiety causes the condition to flare, so its a never ending circle. I do everything to insulate myself from situations that create either as I have serious problems with medications.
