Default Acoustic Neuroma and TN

It has just been confirmed that I have an Acoustic Neuroma and TN. Unfortunately, the former is not causing the latter, so it is two things that have to be dealt with. I am already on 1200mgs of tegretol per day, so fast running out of medication options.

I am thinking that I would like to go for the least invasive procedures possible. Anyone any experience or advice?
