good moring Jerry.I see you found your way to the forum here . welcome to neuro talk ... we chated last night in the chats so I got to know you a little bit and visa versa. I am going to gather the info and send it to you in a personal message later today.
if I recall you are in ohio? I will look for info in that area of country I think I have a list of docs and one is near you. You have found a great place here at neuro talk and we are all glad you found your way here. neuro has many many caring people and its filled with helpful info .
